Flagler Drive 2000 – Design Charrette West Palm Beach Professional Volunteer
The Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches and the West Palm Beach Downtown Development Authority were requested by the City Commission to facilitate a broad citizen’s effort to reach some consensus about the future of the Flagler Downtown Waterfront. The visioning process started was three months in duration.

Design Broward - Art in Public Places Participant / Landscape Architect
The primary goals of public art program were to create a better visual environment for the citizens of Broward County, to integrate the design work of artists into the development of County public works projects and to promote tourism and economic vitality of the County through the enhancement of public spaces. Team was comprised of an artist, an architect and a landscape architect; 19 teams participated; 2 proposals submitted.

Boynton Beach Boulevard Beautification Committee
The mission of this committee was to help unify the businesses along the corridor and to facilitate their dealings with the city. Meetings were held with the merchants, information was gathered and consensus was sought for a unifying identity for the area. Developed was a banner program used throughout the Central Business district and a new logo for the city.

City Of Boynton Beach Town Square Comparative Analysis. The goal was to provide information necessary to make informed decisions regarding progress of the Town Square; specifically the programming space needs of various civic buildings; potential preservation of the Old High School, construction of a potential new community center and the associated cost estimates.

City Of Boynton Beach Implementation Plan Town Square Project. Strategic Planning of the 31 acre 4-block downtown civic area including review of existing documents; infrastructure overview; identification of possible funding sources; events and use programming; stakeholder interviews; partnership structuring; conceptual master planning, cost budget and scheduling.

JUSCO Five Malls in Japan, Retail Interior Architecture and Environmental Graphic Design

Gulfstream Racetrack, Hallendale - Landscape design, signage and interior design for broad scope of complex.

Broward Boulevard Beautification Plan An existing site survey was conducted and incorporated into a huge overall base sheet from which new unifying elements were added to beautify this streetscape. Planting and hardscape plans were generated as well as site fixtures specified.
